Admission to an adult business which presents live, nude entertainment is restricted to persons of the age of twenty one (21) years or older during hours adult entertainment is being presented. This minimum age limitation also applies to any employees, agents, servants, or independent contractors working on the premises. (Ord. 30, Series 1996)
