A. It is an "infraction", as defined in section 1-3-2 of this code, for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. Every person found liable for a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1-1 of this code. (Ord. 16, Series 2000)

B. In addition to other remedies available to the town, the town may commence an action pursuant to section 1-8-10 of this code to enjoin the alleged violation of any provision of this chapter, or to authorize and compel the removal, termination or abatement of such violation. (Ord. 23, Series 1990)
