The town clerk shall provide written notice of the public hearing required to be held by this section 9-4-4 to the board of county commissioners of Summit County and any municipality that is located within three (3) miles of any boundary of the town. Included with such notice shall be a copy of the proposed master plan or amendment. The jurisdiction receiving such notice may review the proposed master plan or amendment and submit comments thereon to the town council prior to the public hearing. (Ord. 2, Series 2002)
