A. Except as provided in section 9-15-9 of this chapter, a sign permit shall be required for all permanent signs prior to the erection, relocation, alteration, or replacement of the sign.

B. A sign permit shall not be required for those temporary signs that are allowed under this chapter. (Ord. 3, Series 2019)
