A. Sign Owner Liability: The provisions of this chapter do not relieve, diminish, or modify the liability of any person for any damages arising from the ownership, maintenance, use, construction, or placement of a sign.

B. Town Liability: The adoption of this chapter does not create any duty to any person with regard to the enforcement or nonenforcement of this chapter. No person shall have any civil remedy against the town, or its officers, employees, or agents, for any damage arising out of or in any way connected with the adoption, enforcement, or nonenforcement of this chapter. Nothing in this chapter creates any liability on the part of the town, or its officers, employees, or agents. Nothing in this chapter waives any of the immunities, limitations on liability, or other provisions of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, section 24-10-101 et seq., Colorado Revised Statutes, or any other immunity or limitation on liability otherwise available to the town, or its officers, employees, or agents.
