As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the following word shall have the following meaning:

SFE: One unit of residential density as defined in section 9-1-19-3A, "Policy 3 (Absolute) Density/Intensity", of this title; or one thousand (1,000) square feet of commercial density. (Ord. 18, Series 1999)
