General: Multi-unit residential developments are encouraged to provide the types and amounts of storage that are appropriate to the development. Storage areas shall include storage space for vehicles, boats, campers, firewood, equipment and goods, and shall be located where they are most convenient to the user, and least offensive to the community. Interior storage of at least five percent (5%) of the building is encouraged. Closets and garages shall not count towards this interior storage percentage.
