A. Residential: Storage in residential areas shall be limited to those items which are clearly incidental to residential functions and uses, and shall specifically exclude any commercial or industrial related storage of materials, equipment, or vehicles.

B. Screening: All types of commercial storage must be screened in an aesthetic manner from public view and from the view of surrounding areas. This shall include the screening of materials and equipment used by the business. (Ord. 19, Series 1988)
