Design: All circulation areas and parking areas shall be designed and located so as to facilitate the removal of snow in areas other than public rights-of-way. In addition, these elements shall be designed so that snow is not stored in a manner where, when melting, it directly discharges into the Blue River or other public drainageways, or in any way conflicts with the provisions of the town's water quality and sediment control regulations.

Snow shall not be placed in the Blue River or other public drainageways within the town. (Ord. 19, Series 1988)
