There will be an unoccupied thirty foot (30') setback on the front of the park of which fifteen feet (15') will be landscaped or left with trees and natural mountain terrain. A ten foot (10') setback will be observed on all other lot lines (mobile home park boundary). (Ord. 4, Series 1970)
