ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL: A legally designated officer of the town or his authorized representative.

COMMON OPEN SPACE: A specific amount of ground area per trailer unit reserved from development and provided for the common use of park residents.

DEPENDENT MOBILE HOME: A mobile home which does not have a flush toilet and a bath or shower.

INDEPENDENT MOBILE HOME: A mobile home which has a flush toilet and a bath or shower.

LICENSEE: Any person licensed to operate and maintain a mobile home park under the provisions of this chapter.

MOBILE HOME: Any vehicle or similar portable structure originally constructed to have no foundation other than wheels, jacks or skirting and so designed or constructed to permit occupancy, either temporary or permanent, as living or sleeping quarters and includes by way of extension and not of limitation those units defined as "trailer coach" or "mobile home", "camper coach" and "camper trailer" by 42-1-102, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973.

MOBILE HOME PARK: A parcel or tract of land which has been planned and improved for the placement of two (2) or more mobile homes for dwelling or sleeping purposes, whether or not a fee is charged for use of the property or lots sold to mobile home owners. (Ord. 4, Series 1970)
