This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, section 31-23-201 et seq. The planning commission, established under Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, section 31-23-101 et seq., has fulfilled the requirements set forth in these acts as a prerequisite to the adoption of such an ordinance.
