7-4-3: APPLICABILITY:
This section is included in your selections.
The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all public lands, waters and property under the jurisdiction of the Town of Breckenridge, as well as all streets and highways located within the corporate limits of the Town of Breckenridge. (Ord. 54, Series 2003)
