A. No person shall operate a snowmobile in such a manner as to indicate either a wanton or a wilful disregard for the safety of persons or property.

B. It is a misdemeanor offense for any person to violate subsection A of this section. A person convicted of having violated subsection A of this section shall be punished as set forth in title 1, chapter 4 of this code; provided, however, that the minimum fine for a violation of subsection A of this section shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
