6-3I-5: UNLAWFUL TRANSFER OF MARIJUANA TO UNDERAGE PERSON:
This section is included in your selections.
It is unlawful for any person who is twenty one (21) years of age or older to transfer any amount of marijuana to any person who is less than twenty one (21) years of age. Any person convicted of having violated this section shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 40, Series 2013)
