Any dangerous or "deadly weapon" as defined by this chapter used or possessed in violation of sections 6-3E-1, 6-3E-3 through 6-3E-6 of this article, is hereby declared to be contraband and shall be forfeited to the town upon a conviction resulting from such use or possession. (Ord. 13, Series 1981)
