6-3E-6: SELLING WEAPONS TO INTOXICATED PERSONS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to purchase, sell, loan or furnish any dangerous or deadly weapon to any person intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic or dangerous drug or glue. (Ord. 13, Series 1981)
