6-3D-8: IMPERSONATING TOWN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES UNLAWFULLY:

A. It is unlawful for any person other than a town officer or town employee to wilfully or fraudulently represent himself to be a town officer or an employee of the town.
B. It is unlawful for any person to purport to perform the duties of any town officer or employee when that person is not an authorized officer or employee of the town. (Ord. 13, Series 1981)
