The purpose of this chapter is to protect, preserve and promote the health, safety, welfare, peace and quiet of the citizens of the Town of Breckenridge through the reduction, control and prevention of loud and potentially harmful noise. Unless specified within this chapter, the restrictions contained in the following sections are not to be construed as repealing any other noise related ordinances in this code. (Ord. 15, Series 2001)
