The violation of any provision of this chapter is declared to be a nuisance. In addition to other remedies available to the town, the town may commence an action pursuant to section 1-8-10 of this code to enjoin the alleged violation of this chapter, or to authorize and compel the removal, termination or abatement of such violation.
