A. It shall be a misdemeanor offense for any person to violate any provision of this chapter. Any person convicted of having violated any provision of this chapter shall be punished as set forth in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. It is an "infraction", as defined in section 1-3-2 of this Code, for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. Every person found liable for a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1-1 of this Code.

B. Each occurrence of a violation, or, in the case of a continuous violation, each day a violation occurs or continues, constitutes a separate offense and may be punished separately. (Ord. 15, Series 2001; amd. Ord. 20, Series 2020)
