5-6-7: MISUSE OF PRIVATE TRASH ENCLOSURE:
This section is included in your selections.
Any person who does any of the following acts commits the offense of misuse of a private trash enclosure:
A. Deposits hot ashes within a private trash enclosure; or
B. Deposits grease within a private trash enclosure except as described in section 5-6-6 of this chapter. (Ord. 25, Series 2022)
