Unless otherwise required by context or usage, words and terms used in this chapter shall be defined as follows:

BONFIRE: The open burning of cut trees, limbs, slash, vegetation or lumber.

OPEN BURNING: The burning of a bonfire, rubbish fire or other fire in an outdoor location where the fuel being burned is not contained in an incinerator.

RUBBISH: Shall have the meaning provided in section 5-2-1 of this title. (Ord. 21, Series 1994)
