The town manager may from time to time adopt, amend, alter, and repeal administrative rules and regulations as may be necessary for the proper administration of this chapter. Such regulations shall be adopted in accordance with the procedures established by title 1, chapter 18 of this Code. Pursuant to section 1-18-6 of this Code, the town council authorizes the town manager's rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this section to be enforced in the town's Municipal Court.
