It is an "infraction" as defined in section 1-3-2 of this code for any person to violate section 5-13-2 of this chapter. Any person who violates section 5-13-2 of this chapter shall be punished as provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. (Ord. 25, Series 2016)
