A. It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor offense for an owner or occupant to deny the director access to the property owned or occupied by the owner or occupant if the director presents an inspection warrant issued pursuant to this chapter.

B. It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor offense for any person to sell, expose for sale, offer for sale, transfer, give away or offer to give away any beetle infested tree anywhere within the town. (Ord. 12, Series 2009)
