5-1-5-1: LIABILITY OF OWNER FOR NUISANCE VIOLATIONS COMMITTED BY TENANT:

The owner of real property shall be liable under this chapter for a nuisance committed on the owner's property by a tenant in lawful possession of the property if the town notifies the property owner and the tenant of the nuisance before a fine or other liability is imposed. (Ord. 11, Series 2006)
