A. Whenever in any section of this chapter, the doing of any act is required or declared to be unlawful and no definite fine or penalty is provided for a violation thereof, such violation of this chapter shall be an "infraction" as defined in section 1-3-2 of this code, and any person who shall be found liable for a violation of any such section shall be subject to such penalties as are provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. B. Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of the provisions of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted by such person, and such person shall be punished accordingly as provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. C. In addition to other remedies available to the town, the town may commence an action pursuant to section 1-8-10 of this code to enjoin the alleged violation of any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 7, Series 2001)
