Immediately upon receipt or collection thereof, all license fees collected by the town pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited into a separate fund. Licensee fees shall be used only for the purposes described in section 4-5-7 of this chapter. Monies credited to such fund shall not be available to be pledged or expended, by interfund transfer or otherwise, for any general purposes of the town. (Ord. 12, Series 2022)
