4-5-16: LICENSEE'S SPECIFIC DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS:
This section is included in your selections.
In addition to the other requirements of this chapter, it is the duty and obligation of each licensee to comply with the following:
A. All of the terms and conditions of the license, including, without limitation, the standard license conditions described in section 4-5-10 of this chapter and any special condition imposed by the licensing authority under section 4-5-11 of this chapter;
B. All of the requirements of this chapter; and
C. All laws, including federal, state and local town ordinances pertaining to tobacco products that are applicable to the licensee's business. (Ord. 12, Series 2022)
