4-5-12: CONTENTS OF LICENSE:
This section is included in your selections.
A. A license shall contain the following information:
1. The name of the licensee;
2. The date of the issuance of the license;
3. The address at which the licensee is authorized to operate the business; and
4. The date of the expiration of the license.
B. A license must be signed by both the licensee and the town clerk to be valid. (Ord. 12, Series 2022)
