All signage for a licensed premises shall comply with the requirements of title 9, chapter 15 of this Code; the Colorado Marijuana Code; and the applicable state regulations. In addition, no licensee shall display a sign for a licensed premises that contains the word "marijuana" or a graphic/image of any portion of a marijuana plant. (Ord. 36, Series 2020; amd.
