In addition to the inspection required by the Colorado Marijuana Code or other applicable law, prior to the issuance of a license the premises proposed to be licensed shall be inspected by the building official to determine compliance with the town's building and technical codes. No license shall be issued if the proposed licensed premises does not comply with the town's building and technical codes. Throughout the term of the license the building official may inspect the licensed premises to determine continuing compliance with the town's building and technical codes. Access to such premises shall be obtained by the building official in accordance with the applicable provisions of such codes or other applicable law. (Ord. 36, Series 2020; amd.
