A. Any licensee who receives a permit from the state licensing authority for takeout and delivery of alcohol must notify the town clerk of such permit within ten (10) days after receiving such permit.

B. Any licensee who has already received such permit prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section must notify the town clerk of such permit within ten (10) days after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section. (Ord. 3, Series 2023)
