A retail liquor store or liquor licensed drugstore licensee who wishes to conduct tastings shall submit an application to the liquor and marijuana licensing authority on forms supplied by the liquor and marijuana licensing authority. Such application shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable annual fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00). (Ord. 13, Series 2022)
