An applicant shall pay to the town a non-refundable application fee when the application is filed. The purpose of the fee is to cover the town's administrative costs of processing the application, and the town's costs of monitoring and enforcing licenses issued pursuant to this chapter. For applications filed in 2019 the application fee is five hundred dollars ($500.00). Thereafter, the amount of the application fee shall be fixed by the town council as part of its annual budget process. (Ord. 4, Series 2019)
