A. It is a misdemeanor offense for any person to violate any provision of this chapter. Any person convicted of having violated any provision of this chapter shall be punished as set forth in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code.

B. If a person is required to have a license issued pursuant to this chapter the operation of such person's business without a valid license issued pursuant to this chapter may be enjoined by the town in an action brought in the Municipal Court pursuant to section 1-8-10 of this Code, or in any other court of competent jurisdiction. In any case in which the town prevails in a civil action initiated pursuant to this section, the town may recover its reasonable attorney fees plus costs of the proceeding.

C. The remedies provided in this section are in addition to any other remedy provided by applicable law. (Ord. 4, Series 2019)
