A. The name of the licensee;

B. The date of the issuance of the license;

C. The address at which the licensee is authorized to operate the business;

D. The date of the expiration of the license; and

E. Notice that the shared bicycles authorized by the license may only be deployed by the licensee between April 15th and October 31st of a calendar year.

A license must be signed by both the licensee and the town manager to be valid. (Ord. 4, Series 2019)
