A solid waste hauler must obtain a solid waste hauler license from Summit County, prior to applying for a business and occupational license (“BOLT” license) from the town. The application for a BOLT license must be submitted upon all of the terms and conditions set forth in title 4, chapter 1 of this code. (Ord. 5, Series 2017; amd. Ord. 24, Series 2022)
