4-1-5: ISSUANCE OF LICENSE:
This section is included in your selections.
A. The finance director shall issue a license under this chapter upon presentation of a completed license application.
B. Except as otherwise provided in this code, a license issued under this chapter shall be valid for one (1) year commencing with the date of issuance and shall be renewed annually. (Ord. 12, Series 1988; amd. Ord. 4, Series 2017; Ord. 19, Series 2018; Ord. 29, Series 2021; Ord. 29, Series 2022)
