When interest is required or permitted to be charged under section 3-2-32B, 3-2-37 or 3-2-39A of this chapter, the annual rate of interest shall be that rate of interest established by the State Commissioner of Banking pursuant to section 39-21-110.5, C.R.S. (Ord. 30, Series 2021)
