The finance department shall make available to any requesting vendor a map or location guide showing the boundaries of the town. The requesting vendor may rely on such map or location guide and any update thereof available to such vendor in determining whether to collect a sales tax. No penalty shall be imposed or action or deficiency maintained against a vendor who in good faith complies with the most recent map or location guide available to such vendor. (Ord. 30, Series 2021)
