Any finding and order of the finance director revoking the license of any person shall be subject to review by the district court of the district where the business of the licensee is conducted, upon application of the aggrieved party. The procedure for review shall be as nearly as possible the same as now provided for review of findings by writ of certiorari in accordance with Rule 106(a)(4) of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.
