Breckenridge sales tax licenses shall be granted only upon application stating the name and address of the person desiring such license, the name of such business and the character thereof, the location, including the street number, of such business and such other facts as may be required by the finance director. Any person doing business as a wholesaler shall obtain a retailer's license if any sales are made at retail as defined herein. In case business is transacted at two (2) or more separate places by one (1) person, a separate license for each place of business shall be required. The license shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the place of business for which it is used. No license shall be transferable. (Ord. 30, Series 2021)
