Except for those provisions that by their terms cannot apply, the procedures for audit, investigation, and enforcement of the town's sales tax as provided in chapter 2 of this title shall apply to the audit, investigation, and enforcement of the tax imposed by this chapter. (Ord. 30, Series 2021)
