This chapter applies to all taxes due to the town pursuant to the tax ordinance codified in this title, except as otherwise specifically provided. If there is a conflict between a provision in this chapter and a specific provision in another chapter of this title, the specific provision shall control. (Ord. 30, Series 2021)
