The distance limitation imposed by section 12-47-313(1)(d)(I), Colorado Revised Statutes, shall not apply within the town to a hotel and restaurant license issued for premises that are part of the campus of any junior college district organized pursuant to Colorado law. Except as specifically altered by this section, the distance limitations imposed by section 12-47-313(1)(d)(I), Colorado Revised Statutes, shall continue in full force and effect.
