In addition to other remedies available to the town, the town may commence an action pursuant to section 1-8-10 of this code to enjoin the alleged violation of any provision of this title. In connection with any such action the town shall have the right to recover its reasonable attorney fees incurred in connection with such action. (Ord. 9, Series 2001)
