If the water charges are not paid in full as billed when due, the finance director may certify the unpaid water charges to the Summit County treasurer, to be placed upon the tax list for the current year and collected in the manner as taxes are collected, together with the cost of collection. All laws of the state for the assessment and collection of general taxes shall apply, including the laws for the sale of property for taxes and redemption of property. (Ord. 9, Series 2001)
