A. It is unlawful and a misdemeanor municipal offense for any person to violate any provision of this title. Except as otherwise provided in this title, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this title shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 17, Series 2016)

B. The sanctions, remedies or penalties available under this chapter are deemed cumulative, and any or all may be pursued by the town to enforce the provisions of this title. (Ord. 9, Series 2001)
